Referral Program

The ACI Group considers referrals to be one of our best sources for finding qualified candidates. Since employing talented IT professionals is the foundation of our success, we believe in rewarding individuals for referrals. When your referral is hired, we will reward you with up to a $1000 bonus!

Eligibility
Anyone, with the following exceptions, is eligible to receive a bonus if your referral is hired:

	Individuals holding recruitment and sales positions with ACI
	Managers or Supervisors (if the applicant is hired for their open position)

Program Requirements & Restrictions

	The referred candidate may not be a current or former ACI employee
	If the referred candidate is already in our database and has not been in contact with The ACI Group within the past 12 months, you are eligible
	In order for a candidate to be credited as your referral, the name and contact info must be supplied to the ACI recruiting team
	There is no limit to the number of referrals an individual may provide
	The Referral Bonus will be awarded once the referred consultant completes 500 hours
	In the event of any disputes, the Recruiting Manager will make all final decisions
